Sham is the Director of Agency Development – Emerging Business at Cinch Home Services, where he partners with independent insurance agencies and carriers nationwide to strengthen relationships, launch strategic initiatives, and drive growth. He has more than 25 years of experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry, with previous leadership roles at Branch Insurance, Hippo Insurance, Huntington National Bank, and Nationwide Insurance. Sham looks forward to supporting the Worthington Education Foundation through his background in strategic planning and community partnerships. He lives in Worthington with his wife and three children, where they have been active members of the community for the past 15 years.
