Karen Bailey

Karen Bailey is the founder and chief strategist at Alignd on Purpose, where she specializes in strategic planning and public relations initiatives for non-profits and community development organizations. With more than two decades of experience working in agencies and corporations, she has directed teams in public relations, marketing and creative services. Karen also serves as a lecturer in the School of Communication at Ohio State University, teaching courses in writing and strategic communication. Before joining the board, she was a member of the Worthington Education Foundation's marketing committee and currently serves on the marketing committee for The Worthington Partnership.
